Through our teaching, preaching and evangelism ministries, along with all of the other programs listed within these pages, you are about to discover our commitment to fulfilling our mission as a congregation; planting the Word, growing the Church, spreading the message, making disciples and modeling the Kingdom of God in our individual lives.

Why We Call It A Village

We call New Dawn a village because it paints a picture of our ultimate goal, which is to create a community where oneness in the body of Christ is not only desired but pursued. The village is diverse in its makeup but single in its focus, to edify and multiply itself in love. Simply stated, NDCV is "a place where people purpose to know and care about one another; elevating God’s agenda above our own."

What we envision:

At New Dawn Christian Village, we envision a manifestation of oneness in this local expression of the body of Christ; we envision multiplying that oneness through evangelism and discipleship training, taking our diversity of spiritual gifts and callings, developing and cultivating these gifts of the Holy Spirit into spiritual growth, culminating in Christian maturity.

We envision these gifts being used for the perfecting of the saints, the edification of the Body of Christ, and for the work of the ministry, that through the teaching of sound Biblical doctrine and godly principles we all can come into the oneness of the faith. We envision that through knowledge and revelation, the body will mature and become stable and be perfected into the fullness of Christ.

At New Dawn, we envision the Body of Christ being one, in terms of commitment, loyalty and bonds of covenant relationships with one another; and going into all the world making disciples.

Vision Statement

New Dawn Christian Village is a diverse, caring congregation of baptized, Spirit-led, Bible-based believers; ordained to plant, grow, and spread the message of salvation and model the Kingdom of God in our personal lives.
